YWCA Canberra is a feminist not-for-profit organisation that provides essential, quality services for women, girls and families in the ACT and surrounding regions. They provide children’s services, community development, homelessness and affordable housing, youth services, personal and professional training, women’s leadership and advocacy.

For Purpose worked with YWCA Canberra to facilitate a process for the development of a five year strategic plan. The process involved key informant interviews, workshops and the analysis of key documents. Throughout, tools were used to support key activities including a comprehensive environmental scan.
